"forgot Password" Email Not Sending

When clients try to use the "forgot password" function, they are not getting any emails. Nothing. What might be wrong? They seem to be getting other automated emails I sent through Sytist.

Those emails are sent like the rest. It could be that they are going into spam folders.

I tested it with my email, logging in from a different computer. I kept checking the spam folder for the next few hours but never got anything and nothing made it to my inbox. Weird. Would you mind logging into my client galleries as a client a seeing if it works for you?
