New Order Paid For But Not Processed

Hi,

I've had a customer buy 2 prints and the order has not shown up as completed. it still shows in the customer's cart. They paid using Paypal... and I got the PayPal notice of the payment.

Any idea how this can happen and what to fix?

My guess is that PayPal is not being given the correct return URL since I'm using this in a subfolder... and thus sytist is not finalizing the order.

This just happened on my site as well. I'm version 3.7.2 so I feel like this issue was fixed LONG ago. Any ideas?

What payment option was used? PayPal?

Have you made any changes to your PayPal account if so?

Have you had successful orders in the past?

Paypal was used.

I did change which paypal account the money was going to in the last month when I updated the version of sytist I was using. I went into settings and changed the information and saved them. I had
Perviously had no issues with paypal orders.

The money is in paypal, i just don't have the order. It still shows in the client’s cart.

Is the new paypal account a business account and not a personal one? If it is just a personal account and not a business account it won't work.
