Attention
If your Photo Cart is suddenly getting a 500 error or only displaying a blank page then you or your hosting company has updated the PHP (programming language) to PHP 7 which Photo Cart is not compatible with (and will not be compatible with) mainly because of the removal of the my_sql functions which are replaced with my_sqli functions.
You would need to have the PHP version downgraded to 5.6 in order for Photo Cart to work. If downgrading the PHP doesn't work then you may have to update Photo Cart to the last version of 7. Download Photo Cart 7 upgrade files. Upgrade instructions.
Photo Cart was retired in 2015. Check out Sytist.

And upload them following the upgrade instructions here which will replace any corrupted files:

If that doesn't fix it you might want to contact your hosting company and see if any changes were made.

405 Not Allowed error.
I think the problem is the Paypal API password. I logged into my PayPal and it served up a new password. It seems that it had been change in August. I tried to put the new password into setting/payment options and I could not change the password. It just spun for 4 minutes and served up another 405 error.
Trying to get closer to the problem.

Might want to ask PayPal because I am not sure what that means. They might have some logs on the errors.
You could alternatively use the PayPal Standard option.
