Attention
If your Photo Cart is suddenly getting a 500 error or only displaying a blank page then you or your hosting company has updated the PHP (programming language) to PHP 7 which Photo Cart is not compatible with (and will not be compatible with) mainly because of the removal of the my_sql functions which are replaced with my_sqli functions.
You would need to have the PHP version downgraded to 5.6 in order for Photo Cart to work. If downgrading the PHP doesn't work then you may have to update Photo Cart to the last version of 7. Download Photo Cart 7 upgrade files. Upgrade instructions.

All the sudden when I click "select photos" (to try to upload to a gallery) it won't take me to another page. It doesn't do anything at all. This is the second day of me trying. Any suggestions of what I should try?

have you tried using saves free loader or an ftp program to upload?

I use to use Dave's uploader when I had an old version of the program. If I can't get it to work by tomorrow afternoon I will try to ftp for now.

What ftp program do you use? I'm looking for one Dave's won't work on my photo art anymore, i tired doing the upgrade and it fAiled.

I don't use a ftp program any more with the version I have I just update thru it.
