Attention
If your Photo Cart is suddenly getting a 500 error or only displaying a blank page then you or your hosting company has updated the PHP (programming language) to PHP 7 which Photo Cart is not compatible with (and will not be compatible with) mainly because of the removal of the my_sql functions which are replaced with my_sqli functions.
You would need to have the PHP version downgraded to 5.6 in order for Photo Cart to work. If downgrading the PHP doesn't work then you may have to update Photo Cart to the last version of 7. Download Photo Cart 7 upgrade files. Upgrade instructions.

Not All Products Displaying In Price Group

Hey y'all! For some reason, a price group that has worked just fine is now not displaying some of the products. It will show the product groups, and within some of the product groups, only some of the products show up. And, to make it more complicated, it's not happening in all the galleries with this price group. I don't even know where to start troubleshooting this.

Are those products not showing download photos? If so, it could be when you uploaded the photos, you didn't not keep the original for download or didn't create a zoom image for download which would cause those download products not to show.

Thank you Tim - I'd uploaded a 3000 pixel image but had listed it as 3500 on the price list. I changed the price list to 3000 and it magically showed up in the shopping cart.
