Attention
If your Photo Cart is suddenly getting a 500 error or only displaying a blank page then you or your hosting company has updated the PHP (programming language) to PHP 7 which Photo Cart is not compatible with (and will not be compatible with) mainly because of the removal of the my_sql functions which are replaced with my_sqli functions.
You would need to have the PHP version downgraded to 5.6 in order for Photo Cart to work. If downgrading the PHP doesn't work then you may have to update Photo Cart to the last version of 7. Download Photo Cart 7 upgrade files. Upgrade instructions.
Photo Cart was retired in 2015. Check out Sytist.

Thank you for your reply. I thought to check that after I posted this. And yes my entire website has the little exclamation point in the url only in google chrome. After I Realized that I contacted my host and they said imdo not have an ssl certificate. Thank you for your reply! If I do not have a ssl certficate will my info be at risk?

The guy with my host company was just trying to make a sale with me and it irritated me so I honestly didn't know if I could trust to get a real anaswer from him.

You will only need a SSL if you are using a payment option that requires one which in Settings -> Payment Options it will show which ones require one.

Thank you for your reply! Ok I will go check it out. I only except paypal thru my website. . One other question while we are here...a client just texted me and said that she can get on my photocart thru her phone but on all 3 laptops show an "404 error File not found" page. Have any idea why?

Problem solved. I asked her to try internet explorer instead of google chrome.
