Attention

If your Photo Cart is suddenly getting a 500 error or only displaying a blank page then you or your hosting company has updated the PHP (programming language) to PHP 7 which Photo Cart is not compatible with (and will not be compatible with) mainly because of the removal of the my_sql functions which are replaced with my_sqli functions.

You would need to have the PHP version downgraded to 5.6 in order for Photo Cart to work. If downgrading the PHP doesn't work then you may have to update Photo Cart to the last version of 7. Download Photo Cart 7 upgrade files. Upgrade instructions.

Photo Cart was retired in 2015. Check out Sytist.

Jump To Photos In Favorites Folder

Is there a way to add the Jump To Photos option in the customers' favorites folder? We have customers with many years worth of favorites, with the new ones being added to the bottom and need a way navigate to them quicker. Or, cause the newest favorites to be added to the top of their Favorites Folder..that would be even better.

thanks,
Karen

There is not an option for the jump to photos in the favorites view.

Download this zip file:
https://www.picturespro.com/sy-misc/download/Photo-Cart-Favs-DESC.zip

Unzip it and upload through a FTP program or the file manager in your hosting control panel the included pc_thumbnails7.php file into your Photo Cart folder overwriting the existing one. This should display them in the order added descending.

You will need to email me the link to your Photo Cart and your FTP username and password so I can take a look.
