Accessory Store - Images Not Showing

Hi,
I've been trying to add accessories to the store, including pictures. For some reason the uploaded JPGs are not showing. They have about 700kb, so the size shouldn't be a problem. I've tried different images, always the same result. It doesn't matter if the store is active or inactive.
Any ideas why it's not working?
Thanks a lot in advance,
Caro

I am going to guess it is one of 2 things.
1) In your accessory store settings (Accessory Store -> Store Settings), under "Store Images Control" the folder name is incorrect. "Images Folder" should be: accessories/images
2) Missing the images folder inside the accessories folder. In your FTP program, go into your Photo Cart -> accessories folder. See if there is an images folder inside it. If not, create one.

Hi Tim,
thanks for the suggestions.
1) The image folder's name is correct. Didn't change it.
2) I'm not using an FTP. I uploaded the images through "upload images" in the browser. The upload itself, including the description of the image worked, but the system doesn't show the image itself for some reason.
Is there a maximum file size or pixle size? JPG in RGB should be fine, right? Any characters in the filename which might be disturbing ("-" or" _")?
Interesting ? I can't upload a jpg Screenshot here either. Could there be a problem with JPGs created in Photoshop? Is there another way to send you the screenshot?

#2 ... you have to use your FTP program to look on the server to see if the images folder exists inside the accessories folder.
The dimensions of your photo could possible be too large, but need to see if the above folder exists on the server.

yes, the "images" folder exists in the "accessories" folder. It has the "index.html" file inside.
PS: I tried to upload a smaller image with 1000 x 760 px and 248kb. That shouldn't be too big. Still not showing.
Also I tried activating the store to see, if it's a backend problem. Same thing there.

Maybe the permissions need to be changed to the images folder. In your FTP program, go into the Photo Cart -> accessories folder. Right click on the images folder and select either permissions, properties or CHMOD. Change the value to 0777 or 777.
Then try again. If that doesn't work, you should email me a link to your Photo Cart admin with the username and password and FTP information.

YESSSSS, that was it! Thanks a lot, Tim, for your quick support.
Should all folders in the photo cart have this setting 777?
