Your version of Sytist is not compatible with PHP 8. Sytist is compatible with PHP 8 version 4.1 and higher (current version 4.2)
You either have to update your Sytist or have the PHP version downgraded to 7.

Hi Tim - I'd love to upgrade but when I click on Settings I am still just seeing the blank screen. Is there any way you can do it from the back end for me?? Thank you!

I think you are going to need the PHP downgraded to 7.4 BEFORE doing the update. The update may not work property if you are not. Then you can have the PHP version changed back to 8.
