Sytist Not Receiving Orders

Hi Tim,
We are having problems after the latest updates, Stripe is showing we have payments, but the orders are not showing up in Sytist, customers are reporting they are not receiving emails about there order. The first order I checked did eventually turn up and the customer received the email about 2 hours later?

Since you had a order come in hours later, that tells me something on the server it blocking the response from Stripe. If you click the arrow next to failed see if it gives you more details.
