I'm currently using a Thumbnails with Prices layout to list my service products. I would like to group the different products under relevant headings.
For example
Portraits
[Family] [Individual] [Pets]
Headshots
[Individual] [Group]

Can this be done? So far I can only get it to list categories above the listings, which is not what I want.

There is not a way to achieve that.
