Still In Trouble With Payments

Hello,
it seems I'm in a fight with payments methods....
So Now I have 4.1.5 and PHP 7.4
In the last two days I had three customers that were not able to pay with CC from two different galleries, while this payment is allowed on both.
They are able to get to the payments choice and after that they cannot go any further, with the attached screen that appears.
I'm now investigating which kind of browser do they have an relative OS but just wondering if anyone had such issue.
In the meanwhile I get orders from one of the gallery, the other is relatively old, so I can't say if this problem affect just one customer.
