What Is The Sytist Workflow After Calendar Booking Occurs?

Hello,
We are going to be using Calendar Booking for the 1st time for an upcoming Dance event. Just trying to figure out the correct workflow. Do you make the booking event within the Section>Category of the Dance school, then collect bookings & deposits, then after bookings close edit the Category Content Function and change from Booking Calendar to Client Gallery/Selling Photos, Then upload images/pass codes/publish?

No, you just create a main booking calendar section. And don't change it. Use a separate section for the galleries.
