Help With Giving Limited Amount Of Free Downloads Per Gallery

Hi!
I’d need help setting this up since I’m still fairly new to Sytist.
Here is what I’d like to do:
I have a hockey team that wants to prepay three downloads for each player. Each players gallery will have 7 photos in it from which parents can choose including different backgrounds since I shot on green screen. I was looking at the “download credits” and also at “coupons”. The thing where it gets tricky for me, I want to limit the use to once per “player gallery” and avoid that mom uses something once and than dad again for the same player and they have a total of 6 downloads for example. Next thing, I usually create a gallery for the team and then add the players as sub-galleries, would that be possible with this scenario or do I need to create a gallery for each player to email each parent with their specific (onetime use) coupon code?
Is there another better way to set this up besides “download credits” or “coupons”?
Thank you so much,
Sabine

Those are your really only two options, coupons are your best bet. I did free downloads for a very short while for new accounts, problem was they would then create a fake account to get more. So coupons would be best and less work on your end otherwise you will have to edit every account. another approach would be setting up a collection and include the download credits.

I would use their name for the coupon codes, that way if they say they lost the coupon you can see if it was used, sorry some people just try to getaway with things.

Thank you so much for your help, so I'll go with the coupons and to name them with their names is a good idea!
I know most of the parents will respect things but there are always one or two who try to get something extra for free, like you said.
Thanks again!
