Paypal ( Australia ) are asking me to pop some code on my checkout page to access the Pay-in-4 feature but I do think I have coding access to this page do I?

"Copy the following code and paste between ... in the HTML on your page"

"Copy the following code and paste between ... on your page anywhere you'd like your messages to appear. We recommend placing them near the price of your products or cart amount"

Ive already got my credentials for Paypal checkout etc,, this is just for the split payment offering.

Ta!

There is no where to add javascript. It is integrated in PayPal Checkout. If it is not working for you then PayPal is making it  not available to you. There is no workaround or anything to add to make it work.

I think the AU set up is slightly different from the US counterpart.

I definitely meet all criteria and the people at Paypal AU say it should work if i've complete all the steps, which I have to the best of my ability, but im not sure about the code.
Bloody hard getting onto a real person with real knowledge in real time at Paypal!

Hi Tim - Paypal say setup is different in Australia and have asked me to send this information to you:

"Hello Leanne,

You brought up a very good point. The button code would be different for AU than for the U.S. Please pass the following link on to your developer for the AU documentation.

https://developer.paypal.com/docs/checkout/pay-later/au/

I appreciate your assistance and look forward to hearing back from you.

Please let me know if you have further questions or if the issue has been resolved so I can close your support ticket appropriately.

Sincerely,
Tiffany

Is there any update on this Tim for us Australians that really want to get Paypal working before the start of our busy season ?

As Leanne has outlined in prior posts it is different for the AU according to Paypal as per the link that Leanne has provided.

Can you provide a workaround to this please so we can implement.

Also : Square has just released a similar scenario with Afterpay and the ability to buy now pay later and having it integrated into the square checkout. Have you looked into this as well ?
Thanks

Hi Tim, I know this isn't your favourite topic, but given the extra information provided by Paypal AU, is there anything we can do ???

There is no code in your first post and I am sure it is the same thing they send everyone.

There is nothing for me to add.

Hi Tim - I didn't put coding in the first post, it pertained my confidential account information from the Paypal DIY section and was used as example only - the question in the first post asked if I had coding access as I really want to get this up and running and if there was something I could do, I wanted to be able to do it. I've been trying to get BNPL up & running in any form since 2020 via Sytist.

The Paypal lady expressively said the setup was different in AU.
Whether that is true or not - something is obviously amiss as no Australians I have spoken to (using Sytist )/or/ on this forum can access this feature.

If you need to add code to the HEAD area, Design -> Header & Footer -> Head Code
