Confirmation Email (text Format Changed)

Hi, I have been sending confirmation emails for a couple years now and I cannot figure out why this particular time, the text formatting has changed, specifically in the "Time" section (see attachment). It is different now and I have tried everything from deleting the entire text to copying from other confirmation emails to changing font and color. "Time" looks black while everything else looks gray. Thanks so much for your help!!!
