I can't seem to find a way to get photos to download on the cell phone. I had a client complain, so I tried and this was what happened on my iPhone. I saw another string on the help that said to make a change in the settings - but i can't find anywhere in the settings that is says to go - HELP!! My clients want to download onto their phones

I added an option for it in the 3.8.2 update:
In some cases (depends on the server environment) you can have failed or incomplete downloads on Apple products (safari, iphone). But not all. If you have that issue and maybe I have sent you files in the past to work around it, you can now edit your config file and add this line of code:
$setup['do_not_use_content_length_header_download'] = true;
To edit the config file click Settings in the main menu then UNDERNEATH the left menu click "edit config file" and add that line of code above the closing PHP tag which is ?>
