sorry for the automatic translator
since sityst does not provide any form to let customers leave feedback on how they found themselves after completing an order,
do you know if it is possible to integrate or connect external services?

You can create Additional Order Fields / Options within your price lists to ask questions at checkout.

https://www.picturespro.com/sytist-manual/photo-products/price-lists/
Additional Order Fields / Options
This allows you to ask for additional information at checkout for orders. Example: Child's name, grade, etc... You can add up to 5 additional fields.

If it something like a booking service then you can just create an option for that booking service for them to fill that out.

There is not a way to integrate another service.

thanks tim for the answer, but probably the automatic translator wrote wrong, because I was asking a very different thing.
I'm not looking for something to add before completing the order, but something that happens after the order is closed and that can be selected by me to make it visible also to future customers who access the site.

I hope he will put him on the next ugrade list, I will gladly pay him

Anyone know simple and not too expensive external services? I could send an e-mail after order completion with a Link to leave a review, and then put a page on sytist that displays the result.

I don't take much credence in review pages, they most often are fake, but if you really want a review page that is semi automatic then create a sub folder and install a wordpress site and only install a review add-on. like this https://frypanproductions.com/frypanreview/ i did not try yet to make it look like my other pages but that will not be a problem. Then you can add it as an external link on your menu.
