Parent Registration

I'm trying to figure out how to easily collect parent information. I mainly shoot sports portraits, so ideally I'm looking to be able to:

1) create an event gallery (eg: DHS Varsity Girl's Basketball 21-22)
2) provide a code/link for parents to go and register (using a custom made form)
3) when photos are uploaded, be able to connect the photo with the parent (part of my registration would be jersey number/weight/other identifier)
4) when photos are complete, a private link is sent out to the parent's contacts entered during registration where they can only view the photos for their registered athlete

Is there a way to do anything similar to this? I've tried dabbling in the forms but I can't figure out how to connect everything together in a fluid manner. I'm trying to create as little work for the coaches as possible, and put more accountability on parents for correct spelling and other critical info.
