Hi, I have a site that im happy with , but outside of this i have some pages that i want to upload via FTP, I have found that i can add them to the route folders but is it possible to upload in such away that i can access via the back end designer. and use things like the sitemap...

There is not a way to do that. The pages have to be created within Sytist.
