Cannot Add Collections To Price Lists

Hello,

I'm having a weird bug, it seems I cannot add any collections to any price lists. If I check off a product to be added the "Add 1 selected product to" pop up shows up at the bottom and I can add that product to a price list category.

However, if I try to do it with a collection the little "add" popup does not appear. I've tried this with multiple collections and multiple price lists including creating a brand new one. It won't appear for a collection no matter what.

I'm not sure how long this has been going on as I rarely update price lists. I'm running 4.0.2. I've tested on Safari and Firefox, same result.

Thanks!

There are no problems with this. I tested 2 sites and works fine.
You can email me the following for me to look into it:

1) Link to your Sytist admin.

2) The admin username and password (or create me an admin account by clicking Admins in the upper right corner of the admin pages).

3) Name of the collection you are trying to add and the name of the product group and price list you are trying to add it to.

The problem appears to be with some code you have added to something, like a product description possibly, that is malformed and probably missing some closing HTML tag which is causing this issue. I looks like you have added some HTML coding to several things so I didn't go into each product to try to figure out which it is.

Yes, you are correct I had a dangling -> in a commented out line of the HTML of a base product which was causing the failure to load. Once I removed the offending code the page loaded properly and I was able to add collections.

Thank you for pointing me in the right direction!!
