Displaying Sub Categories

Hi
I have a section = Vouchers off that I have various categories: babies, family, sale, etc - see
https://www.studio27.phot ography/vouchers/
I am using Dynamic Content to display each category on the section "voucher" as above.
In the sale category I am changing the "Category Listing Layout" because I want to show the page title and the text above category, just on this category listing not on any of the category listings below. However no matter what I do in creating a new Category Listing Layout it has no effect bot the display on the above page.
I hope his all make sense

Page listing and display layouts do not apply to the dynamic content. So changing the layouts won't make any changes to those.
