Passcode Photos & Setting The Group / Class Photo For Each Student / Person
Hi Tim (and all the users out there!)
I am wondering if anyone has a solution or work around - maybe using sub gallery folders (?) for attaching more than one group to a passcode. I have scenarios where there are multiple groups that are associated with one student and I would like for their own groups to all populate by passcode (and not include/view the rest of the school groups they are not associated to). There is only room for one group in the spreadsheet upload method.
FILENAME I PASSCODE I GROUP
eg individual portrait - class - tutorgroup - yeargroup - footballgroup - choirgroup
FILENAME I PASSCODE I GROUP I GROUP I GROUP I GROUP I GROUP I GROUP
Or could it be possible to override and customize the excel spreadsheet and add extra columns for groups?
Thank you.

You can only have one group photo. The only way to have more than one is if the subject has more than one photo and assign a different group photo to each of those photos.

Thank you. This is becoming a game changer for me. For privacy purposes we cannot just have all images in one gallery (even when passcode protected) - the students need to somehow be tagged to only their own images. Has anyone else found this? Unfortunately I am having to now review alternative platforms as I just can't see a way around it. I also think that the sales would be better as it would be much easier to select all that are related rather than filter through a gallery of hundreds of groups to find the correct ones.

while not ideal, I have been known to add multiple group shots per kid this way:
Mickey Jones is in 3 groups so his passcodes are -mickeyjones1- 2,3, etc and then his groups are, instead of -GROUP- etc, but -mickeyjones45- and 46 etc ...
So in essense I dupe the same group shots for allll the kids and rename them for every kid. The blue group shot is -mickeyjones45- for mickey, but for Julia, that very same shot is -juliasmith55-
I hope that makes sense. Lucky I dont have to do it very often.
Would also love to hear of other workarounds.
