A Couple Of Questions For The Sytist Users Out There.

We currently use another platform and there are two key parts of our workflow for which this platform works well and I wanted to know if there was a way to achieve something similar in Sytist?

1, We are able to categorise images we generate based on a filename prefix. The website then only makes certain image types available in certain packages depending on how we build the price plan/packages. This requires no manual work from us as our image processing output automatically adds the prefix and the website recognises this. Ie, a pano shoot is excluded from some packages and the website does not allow the customer to add a pano to the package that excluded them as it recognises the file name.

2, Can galleries be automatically created on mass with password protection? We issue an individual passcode to each subject and it features in the image file names, in a folder named the same as the passcode and thus we do not have to manually create galleries and add passcodes?

3, Calendar booking, is it possible to make slots available within a set period (say 10-minute slots between 9 am and 4 pm on a single day) for a single "job" booking. Say we book a job to shoot everyone at a particular sports club so we are booked for the day, but we want to allow people to book their own time slot to attend the studio for their photos?

I am sure I have more questions, but I thank you all in advance for any feedback

Many thanks in advance,
Barry

(I did post this in a group on Facebook and the members suggested posting it here also)

1) There is no option for that. You can manually override the price lists for individual photos.

2) No, but sounds like you would want to use Passcode Photos - Password Protecting Induvial Photos in a Gallery.

3) That sounds like you would want to use the Special Event option for that scenario.
