I have ben using parents social security number as password for parents to view there child's photo. The social security number is int the file name "Photo name-social security number(1234)-photo number" and parents cane view photos meany years back.
I have one gallery for each school. Have complaint that the social security number isn't very secure password sins all that now there number can log in.

Can I have parents create an account and receive a secure password bud still view there old photos. I have about 180.000 photos on the side and to day when someone putts in there password (social security number) they see all there photos.

If I begin now to make parents crate an account to get a new password will they be able to see all photos with the social security number or will I have to rename the photos.

Account password and password for passcode photos don't relate to each other.

I really don't know how to answer your question. They can see the photos they have the passwords for.

But using their social security number for their password is extremely unsecure. I know I would be irate if I was a customer.

So if I start making them create an account on the site and get a email with password.
Can I link the password they get to photos with their social security number if they have to register the name, email and security number when they create there account or do I have to make the password and send it to them.

You would have to make the passwords and send it to them.

Ok so I misunderstood the spreadsheet saved as a CSV file.
I can not put email address in EXSTRA1 or EXSTRA2 and link it to the parents account.

Email address in the extra fields will not link to an account.

So I can't let people create an account and receive email with password automatically.
Do I need to create an account for each child and send an email to each parent manually.

Correct.

Do I need to create an account for each child and send an email to each parent manually.

You don't have to create an account for the customers. You just need to give them their passwords and they can create their own account.

If they create an account how can I have there photos linking to there photos.
The password I wold send then will have to be links in the filename.

For my stodio costumer I make one gallery for them and upload the photos to there gallery and send them the password created. When the costumer comes again Ill just ad the new photos in to their existing gallerry.

In the schools I photograph 8-9000 kids and then I wold have to do a gallery for each parent and if they have siblings I wold have to make 2 gallery. I can't now if they have siblings in the sam school or in a different schools or have older photos of them on my side.

I need somehow get parents to create an account or have something that (like I do now using SSN) that they can view all photos with that password.

This is passcode photos, password protecting individual photos in a gallery (for school photography):

Passcode Photos & Parents With Multiple Children

That is how it works. There is no other option.
