Email Field, Not Filling In?

I have my automated emails set up, but when I put in the [Booking_Deposit} in the invoice automated email, its not filling it? I don't know why. See attached. I am not sure why it's not populating?

[BOOKING_DEPOSIT] is not a replace field and why it doesn't work. That should not be listed anywhere as a replace field.
