Issues With Shoots Being Overridden When Not Asked

I have two types of shoots- mini and simple. The minis are set to be at 3:15 (45 min)and the simples (1.5 hrs) are available at 2:30/4/5:30. If the simple is booked at 2:30, I don’t want the mini available anymore but it is still showing up as available. I don’t have the override button pushed. Any insight?

What version of Sytist are you using? May be something that was addressed in an update if you are not on the current version, 4.0.2.
