Hi, I'm getting this message when I click on my backup to download it: Not Acceptable!
An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server. This error was generated by Mod_Security.

That means it is triggering Mod_Security on the server but it is a false positive. You would have to contact your hosting company support and let them know that and they can whitelist the rule you are triggering.
