Site Messing Up For Customers

Ive had some customers saying my site is giving them fits. Some say nothing will load, others say they put products in their cart and then their cart is a jumbled mess that they can't see what they have in their cart, others say they click the + to enlarge and the picture just goes black, and others say they couldn't get favs list to load for them. All seems ok on my end so I don't even know how to address them with an answer other than refresh their browser or clear their cache. Anyone have any suggestions?

That would be some sort of server / hosting issue and you would need to have your hosting company look into it.
