Empty Order?

Hi,
A client placed an order this morning, which came through empty - see attached. The payment (Square) went through and the order total is accurate. The 4 prints she ordered are still in her shopping cart.
We did have to remove my own email address from the suppression list yesterday, but that's the only change I've made to the settings. Come to think of it, that change may have taken place on my email server, not within Sytist.
Help!

Sounds like you are not on the current version and something that was addressed in the 3.8 update.
