Custom Available Days Overlapping

Hi Tim,
For some reason my custom available days are overlapping.
I have 4 different options for Seniors, some are shorter ans some longer. I've set them up as custom available days but if one is 30 min long and the other one is 1 hour long, why if someone is signing up at 2pm for the 30 min option another person can sign up at 2:10pm for the hour option?, the appointments are overlapping. Another problem, I've manually added a 3 hours appointment and mark the option "block out all available slots for this time" but someone was still able to book a session. How can I prevent this for happening?

You can email me the following for me to look into it:
1) Link to your Sytist admin.
2) The admin username and password (or create me an admin account by clicking Admins in the upper right corner of the admin pages).
3) The date where a booking was placed that you believe shouldn't have.
