We have been a long time user of photocart and have modified our access code page to accept an access code and go directly to the photocart page and login. See URL below

Is there a way to do this with Sytist? I am new to sytist so just getting my bearings.

That won't work in Sytist. When checking passwords it doesn't leave the page and if it is good it does a javascript redirect. So using a URL like that does not work.
