Can't Add New Gallery

I'm trying to add a new gallery and when I enter the name of the gallery and hit continue it just brings me back to my home dashboard page and the gallery is not listed.... I'm using Chrome browser

It sounds like your or your hosting company may have added a cache service to your website (Varnish, Cloud Flare, Site Lock, Sucuri, etc... ) which can cause weird things to happen like things not seem to be saving, seeing shopping cart contents of another customer .... because of the way it is caching the pages. If you have not enabled one, check with your hosting company to see if they have and if so, have it disabled.
