Facebook Messenger Installation

Hello,

I'm trying to switch from using Tidio to Facebook Messenger to keep all chat conversations in one place. I can install the Tidio script in the Footer and it works without any issue. If I do the same with Facebook Messengers Script it will not function at all. However, if I add the Facebook Messenger Script to the Header section I am able to see it when either editing my theme or inside the page designer, but there is another oddity. When I load any page it does not show up, but if I click on the link in the menu or refresh the page it does. Could there be a script that is delaying the load of the Facebook Messenger script or causing it not to load initially?

My website is www.epicgear-photography.com

Hello,

The code is provided by Facebook through their Facebook Business Chat Plugin. I would be willing to email you the code if you'd like to see it.

Hey Tim,

Did you ever have any success with this?
Happy to send through the latest info?

This was the main instruction on where to put the code.

If you built your website on another platform, or you’ve worked with code snippets in the past, feel free to add the following snippet to your website directly. We recommend copying and pasting the code after the opening tag on pages where you want the Chat Plugin to appear.

Could not get it to work as there is a conflict in the codes somewhere.
