Calendar Not Working

Hi Tim,
I will definetely be buying you annual support when the time comes up!
My calendar isn't working properly. I'm getting busier and I'm booking out "unavailable" time in my calendar so people can't book when for example I'm taking my kids bowling.
I check the "block out all available slots for this time" but it makes no difference, it shows the time as available when booking services.
I do use a variety of "custom available days" but it even happens on vanilla services. IF I book out a time, it should make that time unavilable. I don't recall seeing this issue before, but maybe its because I wasn't that busy before.
I would really appreciate you taking a look, as I mentioned I'm gettin busier and calendar management is going to be very important ongoing.
I'll send you log in details and open up my firewall.
Thanks
Liz
