Report Export Excel File Blank

I can export a PRODUCT EXPORT on the screen and it looks fine, but if I export to file it is empty. The same for REPORT EXPORT except this is no "print to screen option" only print to file, and again, the file is blank. I don't understand what I'm doing wrong. When generating a file, it defaults to , separated and a csv file. But it's always blank... Thanks for any assistance!

Sounds like probably a folder / file permission issue. You can email me the following for me to look into it:

1) Link to your Sytist admin.

2) The admin username and password (or create me an admin account by clicking Admins in the upper right corner of the admin pages).

3) FTP username and password.
