Home Page Not Displaying After Install

After we installed sytist the home page just says:
Welcome to the home of |DOMAIN|
IF YOUR READING THIS, IT'S TIME TO INSTALL SYTIST! GOOD LUCK!!

We can access the sy-admin and see the site with /index.php but the regular URL only displays the above message. Can you please help .

That is a weird message because it is not a message from Sytist.
