Single Image Collections - Black And White Selected - Not Showing

Hi Tim.

First, I think there is a problem with my earlier query here:

https://www.picturespro.com/support-forum/sytist/?t=50969-expired-green-screen-galleries-showing-green-screen-selection

Secondly, I am using single image collections next academic year for the first time. But I have noticed that if a single image pack is selected, along with the black and white option, then it isn't showing that the customer has chosen black and white anywhere in their basket.

Is this a bug?

Thanks Tim

Single image packages don't have a B&W / color option because the photos are automatically added to the package. So I don't know how it would be selected. I will make a note of it though.

I think I have worked out my mistake.

My single image print packs were being constructed as a normal collection, but with Number of Poses as 1.

I have now changed this to make my print packs, not as a collection, but as a normal 'print' product.

The black and white option now works.

However, is it right that only collections allow a preview description? A preview description is very useful, as customers can compare print packs from a single screen with collapsed options and descriptions, rather than having to expand to compare.

The collections are the only ones with preview descriptions.
