Default Price List Option Value For Specific Clients?

I want to create an option field in a pre-order price list that I use for multiple clients. Right now I have several option fields that they fill out in their order. These fields are player name, team name Etc. I want to have a field that defaults to the organization's name so that every order that comes in for that organization has that pre filled in for the person filling out the order.

There is not a way to create an option for the price list and have it have a default option you have entered. But it will show the gallery name on the order next to the products purchased so if the organization name is in the gallery name you will have it next to each product.
