Pre Pay Question

I do mostly prepay jobs with Sytist at this time. I'm looking for an easy way to set up prepay Sports jobs where a parent can choose a team that I have pre-populated somehow?? A problem we are having is parents describing team names inaccurately, i.e. Varsity Basketball is described as Basketball.... does not help us. Any ideas?

You should just create a pre-order gallery for each team. And doing that you will have all the orders and sales for that specific team.

Here's the problem with that... Mom's have 3 kids on 3 different teams (Varsity, JV and 9th grade, all Football for example) playing at the same school... Not the most customer friendly way to insist Mom logs in / out of 3 jobs, not to mention 3 separate credit card transactions.

The mom would not have to checkout 3 times. She can purchase from multiple galleries at one time.

You could alternatively create "Additional Order Fields / Options" in your price list for them to select a team.

Additional Order Fields / Options
This allows you to ask for additional information at checkout for orders. Example: Child's name, grade, etc... You can add up to 5 additional fields. These options can also be exported when exporting orders when using the product export in the Orders section.
