Support Form Feed Missing In Admin

Hi after a server migration (not by my choice) the support feed is no longer working. What is missing in MyPHP. photo attached

Sounds like the server has remote file access disabled . "allow_url_fopen" in the PHP settings would need to be enabled.

Thanks tim, when they migrated my site, they set it to "native" i changed it back to custom and checked "allow_url_fopen". Thank you!
