We created a gallery for yearbook
Had to go back in and change to requiring a password
created a csv file with filename and password (double checked to make sure no blanks)
Uploaded the password csv..........does not work.......
What have I done wrong.
The parents are calling and wanting to see the photos.

Thank you
Pam

Well I tried that and still does not work
When I import it says that it has imported but when I go and check the gallery it tells me gallery not found?
I am struggling.

Any further ideas?
I have made it a stand alone category with just that gallery within, does that matter?
I have worked the csv file 2 different ways trying ;
1. two columns first column FILENAME and second column PASSWORD
the second way I tried just like above but added the .png to the filename not knowing if that made a difference?

am I missing checking something?

Thank you
Pam

You can email me the following for me to look into it:

1) Link to your Sytist admin.

2) The admin username and password (or create me an admin account by clicking Admins in the upper right corner of the admin pages).

3) Name of the gallery for the passwords.

4) The CSV file you are trying to import as an attachment.

3) FTP username and password.

Another question

If I were to put the password in the original csv when I first renamed all of the images, how would the columns need to be named?
ex: grade name img# password ???

trying to learn and reading the manual

thank you

The photo filename column needs to be named FILENAME and the password column PASSWORD.

Also, the photo filenames need to have the extension like dsc_001.jpg

You can see a visual example here:
