We just started getting intermittent 503 errors. Which we know are usually server/host issues. Looking for some suggestions on debugging.
If we hit reload in he browser it will load the target page with the exception of the Calendar or the pop up windows as in when you look at bookings those don't 503, but get the endless progress graphics.
Nothing has changed on our end (software wise.) We're still running 3.7.2 as were in busy season. Waiting for this long holiday weekend to do the update. A bit nervous to run an update now that things are not running smoothly.
This may be unrelated, but when we run the database backup, it says it's successful, but then it never shows up on the page - still says no backups. This has been going on for a while so it's probably something unrelated
Thanks!

You definitely will need to get with your host about it. I really don't have any suggestions as to what is causing it but is server related.

For those who may stumble on this - Here's the culprit for us: PHP_FPM. Once disabled, the site returned to normal. We are presuming that there was an overnight cPanel updated that tweaked something to instigate this. If we dig up more specifics, I'll update.
Here are the errors I found that lead me to investigate PHP-FPM:

Thanks Tim.
My host is still digging into more specifics on the PHP-FPM. He did say that other CMS required PHP-FPM to be disabled so there's something going on.
