Dear Tim and team,
Can I please have some support?
I have had three registrations now, where people have contacted me saying they have booked but it hasn't appeared in the system at all, resulting in them not being photographed. Their pre-payment went through Paypal.
Can you look into this a.s.a.p for me?
My account is under: info@bibophotography.com.au
Thanks,
Rebecca

I've taken a look and everything looks fine to me and looks like you have had other successful orders with PayPal. There can be a delay with the PayPal IPN but usually only a minute or so.
They could have paid with an eCheck. If a customer pays with an eCheck, the order will not get created until the eCheck as cleared which can be days.

Thanks for the information. I hadn't thought about e-cheques.
