I have a two day event set up (seniors) that have prepaid appointments that I don't want to loose. The school has had to shut down for 2 weeks and I have had to move the date of the event. What is the process of moving event date so that existing appointments move to new dates with the same times?

You have 2 options:
1) Edit each booking and change the date.
or
2) Run a query to update all bookings on the same date.
To do so click Settings in the main menu then UNDERNEATH the left menu click MySQL Query.
The query to put there (copy & paste and change the dates) is:
UPDATE ms_bookings SET book_date='2020-11-26' WHERE book_date='2020-11-20';
The 2020-11-26 above is the NEW date. The 2020-11-20 is the OLD date. Change those accordingly.
After you have changed the dates click run.
