Wrong Tax Calculations When Using Discount

Hi,
There is a bug in the calculation for the taxes when using discount on "certain" products. I have a discount that applies for employees. But I have some products that are NOT discountable in the cart. The discount amount takes this into consideration. However, the tax uses an amount where the TOTAL was discounted regardless of the "discountable" option on some products.
Here is the copy of an invoice showing this behaviour. In this example, only the first item (Version électronique) is discountable giving a reduction of $19.57. But the taxes are calculated on $50.88 which is wrong.
Thanks for looking into this.

I did not know about that option. It is set at "After Discounts" right now, which, instinctually should give the right results, No ?
It did calculate the taxes after the discounts. But it discounted even the items that are NOT discountable.
