Could you add Bristol to the list of Countries and States. This is for the UK.

Click Settings in the main menu of the admin.
Then UNDERNEATH the left menu click mysql query.
Copy the following line, paste it in the query box and click run:
INSERT INTO ms_states SET state_name='Bristol', state_abr='Bristol', state_country='United Kingdom', state_ship_to='1';
Then UNDERNEATH the left menu click mysql query.
Copy the following line, paste it in the query box and click run:
INSERT INTO ms_states SET state_name='Bristol', state_abr='Bristol', state_country='United Kingdom', state_ship_to='1';
