Help! Square - Page Not Found

I've entered all the information - access key and application key are correct, it is NOT in test mode - when you go to check out you can enter payment information but then it goes to this link: https://www.innamorata.com/clients/sy-inc/store/payment/square/payment.php

Which says "Page not found"

I have 5 clients trying to check out right now and none of them can.

Like you previous issue last month you have missing files. I am re-uploading the sy-inc folder for your version of Sytist and should resolve the problem with the missing files again.

Thank you, Tim. I'm assuming that the people who moved my website caused some kind of issue. Is there anything I can do to just patch all of it?

Files probably got lost when they moved it. It should be good now.

Hello Tim,
I am also experiencing this issue with 3.8.4. When I proceed to checkout using square I get page not found (https://bandwphotography.com/sy-inc/store/payment/square/payment.php).

That would indicate the file is missing. You should reupload just the sy-inc folder from the installation files to your website to replace any missing files.

Hi Tim,
I replaced the folder as instructed and I'm still experiencing the same issue. Here is the stack trace from my error.log.

That is not the same error, it is completely different.

Have you had this working before? Perhaps your credentials are incorrect.

Hi Tim,
Thanks for responding. Yes it was originally working when I made the switch from photocart to sytist when I ran my original tests. The title of this thread is Square Page not found. When I try to create a square payment, I get page not found with the same URI as the original poster (sy-inc/store/payment/square/payment.php), hence me posting to this thread. Once the replacement of the folder as suggested didn't resolve the issue, I then took a look at the error.log which showed the messages I posted earlier. Is there any way to turn on debug to further troubleshoot the issue? Thanks again for your assistance.

So you are still getting page not found (which means the file does not exist)?
And it WAS working then just suddenly stop for no reason?
Or did it stop when you took it out of sandbox mode to live mode?

Regarding the page not found, I did a little more troubleshooting. The error message is actually 500 and not 404, but the page assigned to the error codes were the same which is it was saying "file not found". I will correct this. That is my mistake and I apologize for the incorrect information. I can move the question to a separate thread if needed. It stopped when I took it out of sandbox mode to live mode.

I am thinking that one of your Square credentials is not correct.

Triple check those and if it still isn't working you can email me the following for me to look into it:

1) Link to your Sytist admin.

2) The admin username and password (or create me an admin account by clicking Admins in the upper right corner of the admin pages).

Hello Tim. I wanted to provide an update on this issue as I finally had a chance to sit down and find the root cause. The errors in the http error logs, while correct were misleading (at least to me). The issue was related to SELINUX. I had to set httpd_can_network_connect on based on what I tracked down in the audit logs. Once this was enabled, the issue was resolved. Thanks again for your assistance and patience in this matter.
