Set up the new text message service but the dashboard is showing alerts that the three text messages that I sent have failed. Under sent messages they show they are queued.
However, the three recipients said they received the text messages.

Thomas. This could be one of 2 things. 1) your cron jobs may not be working or 2) you may still be on a twillo trail. You may need to move int a subscription.
Just a thought.

My guess you didn't setup the webhooks in the setting things up instructions in Settings -> SMS / Text Messaging. Those webhooks have to be set up in your twilio account or it won't update the delivery.

1 - My Cron jobs are working
2 - My Twilio account is a paid account
3 - The webhooks are setup in my Twilio account
Everything appears to be working accept for the message sent status in Sytist.

I still believe the issue is with the webhook. Attached is a screenshot of how they should look in your Twilio account. Double check yours.
You can also look at the message logs in your Twilio account and maybe that can give some insight.

Then your server is either blocking the callback from Twilio to update the status or the twilio signature isn't being read in the callback.
You will need to email me the following so I can take a look into it:
1) Link to your Sytist admin.
2) The admin username and password (or create me an admin account by clicking Admins in the upper right corner of the admin pages).
3) FTP username and password.
