I contacted my host Ipower and they added WP Essentials wordpress plugin that allows more query limits.

I am still getting this error message. IPower (host) has to reset my website all the time. I don't get that much traffic so I don't know why it is still giving me this error message. Any thoughts? Ipower tech support replied "The query requests also will be sent to database when you are working at backend. I also suggest you to optimize your database and update your website application to reduce the number of query being generated. Because there are times when duplicate query will be generated and it makes query limit to get exceeded." Not sure how to do that.

Ipower suggested repairing the database using the following directions: https://www.ipower.com/help/article/how-to-repair-and-optimize-a-mysql-database Can I do this without screwing things up?
